History

As a culmination of his long educational and entrepreneurial journey, Andrea Girolami founded RSI in 2000, a Tour Operator and incoming DMC that soon became one of the most dynamic realities in Italy.

the Group entered the hotel sector by acquiring its first hotel, initiating a development plan with other partners that rapidly led to the opening of 16 hotels in the historic center of Rome.

leveraging our extensive expertise across all areas of hospitality, we established AG Hotel Consulting, a hospitality management and consultancy company specializing in management, revenue, reservation, marketing, and commercial services. Today, we partner with over 25 four and five-star properties throughout Italy. 

driven by Andrea Girolami’s profound knowledge and passion for wine, we opened Diana's Place Bistrot in Rome, a wine haven offering unique gastronomy in an original location that blends enoteca and bistro.

we embarked on a significant partnership with Hyatt Corporation, involving The Tribune Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt, and the upcoming Thompson Roma lifestyle hotel. This partnership is part of our ongoing expansion plan with the international brand.

Hotels Gest Italia S.P.A. was established to unite and coordinate all AG Group Hotels.
